Prototypes & batch builds
Confirm the sample before the batch, with revisions, materials and delivery requirements aligned.
Use the approved sample as the starting point.
A sample build helps expose assembly questions; a batch needs stable documents and acceptance criteria. FHDT separates sample approval, change records, material readiness and batch release so temporary prototype fixes do not silently become repeat-build instructions.
What to clarify in the brief
